The SPSU Military Task Force has launched a textbook drive
to benefit the university’s active-service students as well
as students who are reservists and veterans.
Prof. Liz Martin, assistant professor of architecture, has
been appointed to a three-year term as editor-in-chief of
the peer-reviewed Civil Engineering and Architecture
Journal.
Nick Blount, a player on the SPSU baseball team this past season, was selected by
the Chicago White Sox in the ninth round of
the 2013 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft on June 7.
